What if America’s unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior federal trial court judges, with their lifetime appointments and deeply rooted Trump Derangement Syndrome, decided that they had unlimited authority and were not answerable to anyone—not even to the Supreme Court? The answer: These insurrectionist judges will have overthrown our Republic gifted us by our Founders and replaced it with a judicial tyranny.
And that’s exactly what these insurrectionist judges are trying to do, as illustrated by nearly 200 retired federal judges filing an amicus brief before the Supreme Court in the case of Noem v. Doe arguing that lower court federal judges need only obey SCOTUS rulings if those rulings are explained to the satisfaction of the lower-court judges.
Fortunately, Trump is continuing to score judicial victories—and increasingly broader victories—as higher-level appellate court judges and the Supreme Court itself asserts proper Constitutional limits on the self-claimed authority of these insurrectionist judges.
Just two days ago, for example, the Supreme Court issued a unanimous 9-0 decision in Urias-Orellana v. Bondi—authored by none other than Justice Ketanji “how would I know what a woman is, I’m not a biologist” Jackson!—stripping the inferior Article III federal court judges from second-guessing asylum denials made by the Article II immigration courts.
Then just yesterday in the case of Chicago Headline Club v. Noem the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals checked the self-claimed authority of Federal Judge Sara Ellis to micromanage the use of defensive force by ICE agents being obstructed and attacked in their enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws.
Also just yesterday in the case of Pacito v. Trump the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the self-claimed authority of inferior Federal Judge Jamal Whitehead to order the Article II Executive Branch President to continue bringing into the United States many tens of thousands of third-world refugees, a program Trump had ended by executive order—this one with a very notable commentary by Judge Kenneth Lee point out with concern the continuous insurrection of the lower federal court judges.
